We strongly advice you read these terms carefully before finalising your order. Please note that by placing an order, you are agreeing to all our terms below.  ​

We advise you to update yourself to this page every time you order. This page is accurate as of November 2020.

Any images found on capriextensions.com are either the property of Capri Extensions or used with permission by Capri Extensions LTD. The pictures and videos from Capri Extensions should not be used to sell false advertisement. The use of these images or videos is strictly prohibited unless written permission has been obtained from Capri Extensions LTD, with a verified email from info@capriextensions.com. If this has not been authorised, these images and videos can violate copyright laws, trademark laws and any other applicable regulations and statutes.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

This store is hosted on Shopify Inc. who provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and any services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Capriextensions.com respects and protects the privacy of our users. All personal information will be collected for 5 years on this site and will be kept strictly confidential.

Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success with us.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are giving us consent to collect and use your details for that specific reason only.

Capriextensions.com periodically sends out special offers and discounts via email. Should you wish to not receive these notifications you can unsubscribe at any point, by sending an unsubscribe email to info@capriextensions.com with the subject title 'unsubscribe'.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

  • Adding product to your shopping basket
  • Enter login details
  • Enter delivery address details
  • Enter billing address details
  • Confirmation of order

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.  This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered, and a delivery estimate. Please note that the email does not confirm that your order has been accepted.  Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will send you an email confirmation once we accept your order/payment. Consequently, an order is only to be considered accepted by us once we dispatch the product and send you a dispatch email which will include details of the product.  On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available, we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email.

We do not condone or accept any type of fraudulent activity. Please ensure your billing address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, your item will be placed on hold whilst one of our team members contacts you to confirm your details. You will be required to provide supporting evidence and will need to explain why the billing and shipping address is different. To avoid this, please ensure your billing and shipping address match.

If at any point we suspect potential fraud we will cancel your order.   

All prices and charges will be in Pounds Sterling (£).                                                  

DELIVERY​

We will only organise deliveries to the address given when you place the order. You agree that we are not responsible if you have given us the incorrect address for delivery. You will need to cancel any order placed with the incorrect address and re-order with the correct address within one hour of placing your order. Any orders delivered to the incorrect address given, we will not refund the cost of the order.

Please note that all deliveries to Europe, UK, US & Canada, Africa, and rest of the world can be subject to change. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process. Therefore, please consider this before scheduling any events or appointments, as we are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

RETURNS & REFUND

Capri accepts returns, cancellations and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. All returns must be within a 7 day window and returned to our Head Office. Should the customer want a refund and cancel their order, they must contact info@capriextensions.com. All customers can request a cancellation within 24 hours after making an order.
