We pride ourselves on having a low return rate by ensuring all goods are inspected prior to delivery.
While we understand that circumstances can change, we offer exchanges for items that remain in their original packaging and are not unravelled/altered in any manner.
Please note that we currently do not accept refunds due to sanitary reasons. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at info@capriextensions.com or request a call back, and we will do our best to assist you.
Exchanges will not be permitted:
Hair that has been opened, worn, or modified in any way is not eligible for return. Please note that any authorised exchange will be subject to inspection by Capri's team.

Our samples are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Customers are obliged to cancel within 24 hours after ordering and can request a full refund. Should you wish to cancel your order past our 24 hour window, please contact info@capriextensions.com.
